Exchange and Return Policy Overview

We do not return or refund mystery boxes due to the mystery and uniqueness of our products. Almost every product shipped out is a mystery to us and the consumer. In certain cases we will offer an exchange. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days and only applies to comics damaged in transit at our discretion. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. In rare cases we might accept the return of non-mystery box items at our discretion.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original bag and packaging.
Additional non-exchangeable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Digital products
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without getting approval or it will get lost in our inventory.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Regrading for cracked CGC / CBCS cases.
Exchanges
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange request will be processed, and a replacement will be shipped back to you within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your replacement yet, first check the tracking number we have provided you after we accepted your item.
Sale items
We Do Not exchange or refund for sale and clearance items. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Multiverse Comics Replacement, 1105 Pennsylvania Ave. Slidell, LA 70458
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
